Use a cutting table equipped with a diamond blade for cutting Phomi MCM. This ensures precise and efficient cutting
Inspect the wall plaster level carefully to prevent any undulations when installing MCM
Mix DCP Cemfix porcelain adhesive with approx. 5.5 to 6 litter of clean water, use a slow-speed electric stirrer for mixing for 3 to 4 minutes Until smooth consistency is obtained.
Clean with water to remove dust and any particles and reduce the wall’s temperature it also helps to balance adhesive consistency.
Apply adhesive to the wall in one direction using a V-notched trowel.
Press the MCM panels firmly with a wooden trowel to ensure a level surface
Use a grout bar to remove any excess adhesive and create a smooth and level surface
Clean the surface with a dry sponge to remove any residue
